Preston Poured Walls FAQs

I work during the week. Do you do estimates on weekends?

No, we are not open on the weekends. In special cases, we may make an exception, however this is on a case by case basis.

Yes, we can give estimates over the phone. Since we haven’t seen your project or plans in person, over the phone estimates will be an approximate amount of the project and are subject to change depending on materials.

The timeline of a project is dependent on a few variables such as, but not limited to, access to products and scheduling. We will communicate with you throughout the process of your project in order to update you on any timeline adjustments.

Before the project begins, we require 50% of the full project price. Once the project is complete, we require the remaining 50%. If there are any pricing adjustments that need to be made due to a pre-planned payment arrangement or additions to your project, they will be discussed with your estimator on a case by case basis.

We only accept cash and checks. We DO NOT accept any form of card payments.

We have a combined total of 25 years of experience in this industry. We handle each project with precision, taking proper safety measures to ensure quality and safety every time. If someone is hurt on the job, we are fully insured and can handle the situation while continuing to complete your project with the utmost quality and care.

We do not obtain permits. In order for us to start a project, the client must obtain a building permit. If any inspections need to be conducted, we will thoroughly communicate with you and let you know if and/or when that will need to happen.

If any unexpected changes occur, we will communicate with you in regards to pricing of the project and any changes with the timeline.

It is up to you! We will communicate with you however you prefer, whether that be via email, phone or in person.

We do not have any warranties on the materials that we use. If there is an issue with the workmanship on your project, we will evaluate the problem and repair any damages.
